Shipping & Delivery
We ship with UPS and most order are shipped same day.  If we can not ship the same day will contact you with an e-mail or phone call.  We do delivery in the local and surrounding areas of Jacksonville, Florida.  We are known to delivery throughout Florida and South Georgia, but that is if the order is big.
Privacy & Security
It is our goal to keep all of your private information secrued and private.  We make sure to use this sercued web site for that privacy.
Returns & Replacements
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase without damage to the item.  If the item is damage in shipping place take a picture of the box and item and e-mail (proline@pro-linesurveysupply.com) us with your contact information.  We will contact you as soon as we can after getting the e-mail. Unless it falls on the weekend then the next business day will contact you.
Ordering
Once an order is placed we work as fast as we can to get the item pulled and shipped out.  We use Paypal Express Pay for your security and once payment clears we ship.  If you have a problem with the order process, please feel free to contact us and we will take the order over the phone.
Promotions
We do promotions from time to time on our large products like the Robotic Total Stations, Data Collectors, etc. These are based on the promotion from the manufacturer.  Please call and ask us about them.

Repairs
             Pro-Line Survey Supply's factory authorized service department will keep your equipment in top working condition.  We offer instrument cleaning,                      lubrication and preventive maintenance in addition to calibrations, adjustments and repairs.  We also offer firmware and software updates on data                      collectors.
